Today, i learnt that i have to stop calling a paedophile or lolicon-lover because i kinda sorta fell in love with his fandom, Touhou.
We heard a senior playing one of the Touhou songs on the piano in school today, and jeesh, it sounded AWESOME!!!! The melody was great~ thought he'd died and gone to fanboy heaven cuz he thought he was the only Touhou fan in the school--apparently the game isn't very popular because it's too hard to play, i tried it on his laptop, but more on my failage later. We chatted a little with the senior and wow, he doesn't officially learn the piano so he's "gradeless" (unlike me, grade 3 and struggling orz). I wouldn't mind learning how to play, but THAT SONG HAS SO MANY FUCKING CHORDS DAMMIT T_T the chords are what make the song sound so good. For now, i'm content to leech Touhou tracks from 's phone. The originals sound nicer than the remixes and i could do with some instrumental tracks for studying; GS tracks are awesome but i only have a few.
So yeah, i tried Touhou out on his laptop. I didn't really have a good impression of it, because the very first Touhou song i heard from 's phone was a wacky remix that even he said was "mind-screwing". And he likes the lolis in thar it was pretty hard, and it reminded me of shonen animes where the protagonist is cornered, he closes his eyes, focuses and miraculously dodges every single thing. Died 43178906532 million times, and that was at the easiest level of the easiest mode >w<
Hmmm, i guess what i like about Touhou would be the songs.
fdjkfjklaj;sfuiduafodfjkasl I CAN'T WAIT FOR COSFEST! Even though i'm only going on Sunday and not cosplaying (but i'll dig up a Japanese-looking outfit and my nekomimi, bought at the exorbitant price of $13.90 LOL)... i've been looking forward to it, liek, forevah!
School... is hectic. Luckily we haven't gotten back most of our papers yet... whew... at least i can worry about my results after Cosfest, and maybe the post-Cosfest euphoria will soften the impact of seeing those grades =w= thinking of drawing some Hetalia for my History teachers as a Teachers' Day present. Well, one thing's for sure, once they see it they'll know i'm a rabid otaku, and they'll jump down my throat if i don't do my homework
